Garlic Mayonnaise
Sauces & Gravies
5 or 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 egg yolk
1 cup olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt & pepper
Blend together in a food processor.
Serve over cold boiled new potatoes or cold chicken parts.
