Clam Sauce Denny Sauces & Gravies

2 tbsp. olive oil
few sprigs parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1-101/2oz. can minced clams, undrained
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked as directed

Heat oil in top of double boiler pan over direct heat. Add onions and garlic; cook about 5 minutes. Add parsley and cook 1 minute more. Add rest of the seasonings and the clams. heat through. Add the spaghetti and heat through over boiling water.

Makes 4 servings.
